Dollhouse

This was a project where I made a 3D puzzle game room. We were assigned to base this of a game and I chose 'little nightmares'.
I decided to take the creepy vibe of that game and make a dollhouse.
These are the moodboards that I made for the room and the main antagonist in the room (who you have to escape).
I ended up deciding that I wanted to try a mix of 3D and 2D assets.
So this is how I came up with the final art for the 'boss' and I ended up rigging the sprite to animate it.
Here i made sketches of how I wanted to make the room and the scenery (so where is the woman and what is she doing).
I also tried to draw all the assets I wanted in the room and where the light sources should be (because I wanted to keep it mainly dark).
This is the procces of me making this room. I decided that I wanted to do the texturing completely hand painted because I thought it would blend better with the 2D assets that I added (this took a lot of time).
Also here all of the assest are textured blockouts so there isn't a lot of sculpting progress.
Lastly i rigged the evil woman sprite and gave it a litte animation, if you want to see this (and a bit af the gameplay) I have it posted on youtube:
